BBC Modi Series Row: Indian govt gets Supreme Court notice over ‘ban’ | Updates

The Supreme Court has issued notice to the Modi government over petitions challenging the alleged ban on a documentary series by BBC on PM Narendra Modi and the 2002 Gujarat riots. A bench of justices Sanjiv Khanna and MM Sundresh gave three weeks’ time for the Centre to file its response and placed the matter for hearing in April.
