‘Don’t go to J&K’: U.S issues India travel advisory; Urges ‘increased’ caution

The United States has updated its travel advisory for India. In the new advisory, U.S urged its citizens to exercise 'increased caution' while visiting India due to 'crime and terrorism'. It also asked U.S nationals to refrain from travelling to Jammu and Kashmir due to 'civil unrest.' The U.S State Department reduced the India Travel Advisory Level to 2.
