How CISF personnel saved a man who fell on Delhi Metro track while using phone

CISF personnel averted a major tragedy at Delhi's Shahdara metro station. Busy using his mobile phone, a man slipped and fell on the metro train track. CISF personnel got down on the track from the opposite platform and helped the man climb back to safety.
