J&K: Terrorists Gun Down Army Colonel, Major And A Cop; Anantnag Encounter Still Underway

The encounter between security forces and terrorists gets deadly in Anantnag. An Indian Army Colonel commanding a Rashtriya Rifles Unit along with a Major have lost their lives in the Kokernag area of J&K, as per news agency ANI. PTI reported that the Deputy Superintendent of J&K Police also laid down his life. The operation against the terrorists had begun on Tuesday evening in the Gadole region. Watch for more.
