Modi govt reopens Kartarpur corridor: What Amarinder Singh, Punjab CM said

Union Home Minister Amit Shah announced that the Kartarpur corridor will be reopened from Wednesday ahead of Guru Nanak Jayanti. Punjab chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi thanked PM Modi and HM Shah and said the Punjab Cabinet will pay obeisance at Sri Kartarpur Sahib on November 18. Former Punjab CM Amarinder Singh also thanked PM Modi and Amit Shah for reopening the corridor. Amit Shah said the corridor will benefit a large number of Sikh pilgrims.
