New Jio-Google smartphone, mega Aramco oil deal: Reliance AGM announcements

Reliance Industries Limited, in its 44th Annual General meeting today made some key announcements about new products and partnerships. Addressing the AGM, RIL’s Chairman & MD Mukesh Ambani said that Jio and Google have developed a smartphone together. The new 4G JioPhone Next will be in the markets from September 10. Ambani also spilled the beans about a $15 Billion deal with Saudi Aramco. According to him, the deal will be formalized this year itself and will make Reliance a leader in the market.
