Pak govt red-faced by Putin’s discount on Russian oil; Bilawal Bhutto called ‘confused’ by own

Day after Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto declared that Pakistan will not be receiving discounted Russian oil, the petroleum minister contradicted his colleague's statement and informed media that Islamabad was very much pursuing Russian Energy supplies.
