Pakistan Proves India Right; Admits To Spreading Narco-Terrorism In India's Punjab & J&K

Pakistan has confirmed what India has been saying for several years: that Pakistanis are spreading narco-terrorism in Indian state of Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory.
