Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge dragged Russian President Vladimir Putin in his poll pitch in Odisha. Kharge said that Indians have the last chance to vote as BJP will rule like Putin in Russia if it wins the general elections this time. He also called BJP and RSS 'poison.'
