Putin & Xi congratulate India at SCO summit; China bats for Delhi's presidency

Russia and China congratulated India at the SCO summit being held in Uzbekistan's Samarkand. Chinese President Xi Jinping said he would support India for SCO summit presidency next year. Russian president Vladimir Putin also conveyed a congratulatory message to India for assuming the presidency.
