Rahul leads opposition charge after damning SIT report on Lakhimpur violence

The Central government faced the ire of a combative opposition in Parliament over the SIT report on Lakhimpur violence. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi gave adjournment notice in Lok Sabha on the Lakhimpur violence. Gandhi said that Union Minister Ajay Mishra should be sacked after the report of the SIT. Ajay Mishra's son Ashish Mishra, is among 13 people who are accused in the case. The SIT report said the massacre of farmers at Lakhimpur was a pre-planned conspiracy not a negligent act. The SIT seeks addition of new sections, including attempt to murder against the accued. Watch the full video for more.
