BJP National President JP Nadda launched a scathing attack on Congress over the Women's Reservation Bill. Nadda slammed Congress' demand of OBC quota within the reservation for women lawmakers. In an apparent jibe at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Nadda said, "I have said this time and again. A leader needs to be a leader. A tutor won't help. These tutored statements won't work."
