US warns China over Ladakh standoff with India; 'Strongly oppose unilateral....'

The United States has warned China over its expansionist tactics along the Indian border. In response to a question from the Hindustan Times, the US State Department's deputy press spokesperson stated that the US opposes any "unilateral attempts" and incursions across the border. The U.S. also encouraged both sides to use "bilateral channels" to discuss border issues.
