Video: SpiceJet flight faces severe turbulence during descent, several injured

At least 14 passengers on SpiceJet's Mumbai-Durgapur flight were injured on Sunday. The SpiceJet flight faced severe turbulence during descent, according to Sources. However, the Boeing B737 aircraft managed to land safely at the Durgapur airport in West Bengal. The injured were given medical assistance and taken to the hospital, said the airline. The Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGCA) said it ordered a regulatory investigation into the incident. Watch the full video for more.
