A stampede-like situation took place at Ujjain’s Mahakaleshwar Temple as devotees thronged the premises to offer their prayers on the occasion of the first Monday of Hindu month of Shravan. Crowd management reportedly became difficult for security officials due to VIP presence. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan and former CM Uma Bharti’s presence reportedly made crowd management difficult.
