'Wrong to say democracy since 1947...': Amit Shah on Centre, states, law & order

At an event in Delhi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah spoke on democracy, law and order, and their link to personal freedom. He was attending the 51st foundation day event of Bureau of Police Research & Development. Shah also felicitated Olympian Mirabai Chanu at the programme. She won a silver medal in weightlifting in the recent Tokyo games. Shah said that India was democratic in nature since ancient times, and so claiming that democracy came to the nation only after Independence was wrong. Watch the full video for more.
