Celebratory scenes turned ugly in Paris after football fans descended on to the streets, creating a ruckus and clashing with cops. Over 70 people were arrested after the clashes as police sought to disperse the revelers causing riots and vandalizing shops. The fans were celebrating Morocco and France's victories on the world cup match that sent them to FIFA's semi-finals.
