A 14-year-old Palestinian boy was shot dead by Israeli forces after he tried to stab one of them in the occupied West Bank. The Israeli forces had stopped the Palestinian teen for questioning following which the boy drew a knife and attempted to stab one of the officers. The Palestinian, who tried to run away after the attack, was eventually gunned down by the Israeli Border Police. West Bank, one of the two Palestinian territories, has been swept by violence since the beginning of Israel’s war in Gaza, as nearly 500 have been killed in the region.
