She emphasised that Venezuela’s future must be shaped through dialogue involving democratically elected opposition figures. Separately, the Commission confirmed that discussions at the Paris “Coalition of the Willing” meeting are focused solely on Ukraine, while reaffirming EU commitments to international law and territorial integrity in related global issues.
