US Presidents Joe Biden & his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping to a telephonic conversation on July 28. The talks come amid fresh tensions between two countries over Taiwan. The conversation on July 28 will be the fifth call between the leaders. China has delivered heightened warnings to Biden administration over US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's visit to Taiwan in August.
