Cherry blossoms attract tourists in Japan

This is that time of the year again! Spring is here. Cherry blossoms in Japan are in full bloom, these days. Tourists and residents are flocking to Tokyo's Ueno Park to catch a glimpse of the famed pink sakura flowers. The light pink flowers mark new beginnings. Japanese even have a name for their “cherry blossom viewing picnic” which is “Hanami”.
