Some crowd control is coming to what some people call 'the center of the world' - New York City's Times Square.New rules are forcing anyone seeking money from strangers to work in designated areas.That means the dozens of costumed characters and body-painted ladies seeking tips in exchange for photos - as well as other street performers, including the popular Naked Cowboy will have to stand in a Designated Activity Zone.City officials say the new rules are needed to curb aggressive behavior from performers and to keep pedestrian traffic moving.
