Russia holds fire in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Sumy: Evacuation hope for Indian students

A temporary ceasefire announced by Russia has come into force in three Ukraine cities to facilitate evacuations. The limited ceasefire announcement came a day after hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian civilians attempting to flee to safety were forced to shelter from Russian shelling of cities in Ukraine’s center, north and south. Officials from both sides planned a third round of talks today. The ceasefire has reignited hope of evacuation of Indian students currently stuck in Ukraine's Sumy. Watch the video for full details.
