The United Nations has warned of a “looming famine” threat in northern Gaza where foreign aid has not reached in more than a month. 5,00,000 Palestinians are facing famine threat while the rest of the 2.3 million Gazans are experiencing acute food shortage, as per UN. “ I swear to God, they cannot find a loaf of bread to eat. They cannot find water to shower. The people are in need; they are suffering from hunger,” a resident in north Gaza told AFP.
