Gunman in black & panic on campus. Several killed in Russia university shooting

A gunman killed six people on a university campus in Russia on Monday before being detained. The gunman was identified as a student of the same university where the incident occurred. Students were evacuated after the incident which is being reported as Russia's second mass shooting targeting students. The gunman used a hunting rifle for which he had acquired a license. Video on social media showed students throwing belongings from the windows of university buildings in the city of Perm, around 1,300 kilometres east of Moscow, before jumping to flee the shooter.
