The staff of Parliament will be seen in a brand new avatar during the upcoming special session. A new dress code with an ‘Indian touch’ has been unveiled which includes Nehru jackets, khaki-coloured pants and cotton sarees. Parliament marshals will be seen donning Manipuri turbans while lotus motif on new uniforms is also included. The special Parliament session will start from September 18 and run till September 22 for five days. The formal entry to the new Parliament will be on September 19 on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.
