Iran's New Shahed Drone, Powered by Stolen U.S. Tech, to Help Putin Rule Ukraine Skies | Report

Russia is aiming to gain air superiority over Ukraine amid a counteroffensive that he sparked off intense battles along the frontline. According to reports which cite U.S. intelligence, Iran is helping Russia to build reverse-engineered Shahed 191 drones. These will allegedly be made at a joint drone factory which Russia is looking to set up in the Republic of Tatarstan. The jet-powered Iranian drone is 60% of the actual size of the original RQ-170 Sentinel, which was reportedly downed by Tehran in 2011, and can carry a payload of 50 kg.
