Mural on silos in South Korea recognized by Guinness as world’s largest
Mural painted on a set of concrete grain silos made it to the Guinness Book of World Records’ list. The grain silo in South Korea’s city of Incheon has been listed as the world’s largest. The mural is 48 meter-high and 31.5 meter-wide and occupies 23,688.7 square meters. The artwork embodies a boy growing through a set of books describing the four seasons.The municipality and the Incheon Port Authority jointly spent 550 million won for the project. A total of 22 painting experts used 865,400 liters of paint to create the artwork.
