Russia's war in Ukraine has sparked off a massive tussle over tanks for Ukraine between NATO members. The Western defence officials held a meeting in Germany to decide over sending modern, battle tanks to Kyiv to help fight Russia's aggression. However, this has brought the spat between the U.S., Germany and France. Both allies are awaiting the U.S.' first step to arm Ukraine with Abrams tanks, so that they could go ahead with sending German-made Leopard tanks and French Leclerc tanks. But CNN reports that the U.S. isn't keen on the first move. CNN even quoted a Joe Biden administration official as saying, 'They have us over a barrel.'
