This is a G7 summit of puppets. Activists dressed up as leaders from the world's seven major industrialized nations to try raise awareness over hunger. Leaders from Italy, the US, Japan, Germany, UK, France and Canada are due in Sicily later on Thursday for the summit. They're expected to discuss Europe's migrant crisis, the Syrian war and Monday's bombing in the English city of Manchester.
