'Putin Will Win...': NATO Chief, Blinken Warn U.S. Congress; EU Official Admits West's 'Failure'

U.S. secretary of state Antony Blinken and NATO secretary-general Jens Stoltenberg pitched for more aid be provided to Ukraine as they warned that Vladimir Putin stood a chance to win the war. In a joint press conference after their meeting in Washington DC, Blinken said that all the gains made by Ukraine on the battlefield so far were in jeopardy. Stoltenberg, meanwhile, said that it was in the U.S.' interest that Ukraine wins the war and Russia loses.
