Russia's fight to gain control of Ukraine's eastern Donetsk region is getting fiercer every day. Ukraine's top military commander told his U.S. counterpart on the phone that grinding battles are underway near Bakhmut, Vuhledar and Maryinka cities and that Russian forces had been shelling the front line 50 times a day. Meanwhile, Russian defence ministry released a new video from the Donbas region showing how its forces were advancing. The video also shows heavy artillery fire and drones detecting Ukrainian positions in the forested area. Russian defence ministry claimed that over 140 Ukrainian soldiers were killed in the east in the past day and three foreign-made Howitzers were destroyed. Watch this video for more details.
