The United States has slammed China and Pakistan for shielding global terrorists at the UN Security Council's Counter Terrorism Committee meeting in Mumbai. In a clear message to Beijing, U.S. State Secy Antony Blinken said "all parties should support UN blacklisting of global terrorists.
