Taliban were reportedly all set to hold a formal oath ceremony of their government on the anniversary of 9/11. A day before the 9/11 anniversary, ministers of the new Taliban interim cabinet held an introductory session but the group reportedly dropped its plan to hold the oath ceremony yesterday on the 9/11 anniversary. Reports say there were many reasons for cancellation of the oath, including pressure on taliban from its allies.
