Do not equate terror perpetrators with victims: Pranab

Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee at the conclusion of his two-day visit to Afghanistan on Thursday that Washington shouldn't equate the perpetrators of terrorist attacks and the victims of terror acts in a single bracket. He also hoped that the new US President Barack Obama would recognise that Indo-US relations have reached new heights over the last few years.
