Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif ignored each other as the latter walked from behind his seat, after shaking hands with the heads of only Sri Lanka and Maldives. As per reports, the two will have no direct interaction or meeting during the SAARC summit. Sharif, who addressed the Summit in Kathmandu today, said his government is ready to cooperate with SAARC in its endeavours. He added his government is committed towards a dispute-free South Asia. The Pakistani PM did not mention India in his speech.
