Zelensky Plans Israel Visit Amid War At Home | Misplaced Priorities Or Bid To Remain in Spotlight?

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky is reportedly planning to visit Israel which was attacked by militant group Hamas, resulting in the deaths of more than 1200 Israelis. Zelensky has also urged world leaders to visit Israel to show support to Israelis. The Israel-Hamas war has shifted western attention from Ukraine at a time when Kyiv is struggling to convince NATO to continue military assistance.
