Jacques Moretti, co-owner of the Swiss bar Le Constellation, has been detained in Sion due to a potential risk of flight, local newspaper 24 Heures reported on Friday.

The Valais police declined to comment, referring to the prosecutor's office, which did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Prosecutors are investigating the French owners of the bar on suspicion of crimes including homicide by negligence, while victims' families have filed legal complaints over the fire at the "Le Constellation" bar in Crans-Montana in the Canton of Valais.
