The investigators said the 27-year-old suspect was arrested at his nearby home and confessed to shooting the bikers after a conflict.They had spent the night near an abandoned building at a beer factory and reportedly planned to take part in a motorcycle ride tomorrow in commemoration of Victory Day, when Russia celebrates the defeat of Nazi Germany in World War II.
