The Daily Telegraph says a contingent of between four and 14 men from the Special Air Service have been instructing Col. Moammar al-Gadhafi's soldiers for the past six months.

Saturday's report is the latest embarrassing revelation about Britain's tangled relationship with Libya, a country which once supplied and trained terrorists across the world. Until recently the UK had refused to help British families seek compensation from Libya for its role in supplying Irish Republican terrorists with tons of high-tech explosives in the 1980s. British authorities declined to comment on the Telegraph's report.
