A policeman was killed when militants fired three rocket-propelled grenades in a cantonment area in northwest Pakistan.
Bannu district police officer Mohammad Sajjad was the target of the attack Sunday. One of the grenades fell inside his premises, killing a policeman on duty, Dawn reported. Bannu is located in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province.
