Gian Nagpal, 49, was arrested on Tuesday for the second time in eight days and charged with two counts of sexual abuse against two victims -- a 16-year-old and a 14-year-old. One of the girls was groped numerous times, police said.

Nagpal was arrested on July 10 for the first time and was charged with third-degree sexual abuse after a 17-year-old employee complained that he had touched her inappropriately but was released after he furnished a bail of $250, the News Day reported.

Nagpal, who is married and has children, said he had fired the high school girls. He denied groping them. "These are stupid charges," he said.
