The most proactive in terms of cease and desist notices appears to be the Board for Control of Cricket in India (BCCI), especially in terms of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

In just April this year, four requests were made to Google to “terminate services” to two websites hosted on Google’s Blogspot, since they were “making available, through illegal retransmission of the authorized feed, copyrighted content for which IPL is the owner.”
