Iran police clash with Mousavi supporters

Iranian police clashed on Saturday with supporters of Iranian presidential candidate Mir Hossein Mousavi, who results show has suffered a crushing defeat at the hands of incumbent Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, an AFP correspondent said.

"They have ruined the country and they want to ruin it more over the next four years," shouted the crowd as policemen beat some protestors with batons outside Mousavi's campaign office in Tehran.
