Japan PM orders stimulus of 2 per cent of GDP or more: Report
Japan’s Prime Minister Taro Aso has instructed his finance minister to prepare a stimulus package worth two percent of gross domestic product (GDP) or more, a report said.

Japan’s Prime Minister Taro Aso has instructed his finance minister to prepare a stimulus package worth two percent of gross domestic product (GDP) or more, a report said on Monday.
The package would be worth at least 10 trillion yen ($100 billion).
“Prime Minister Aso has ordered Finance Minister (Kaoru) Yosano to prepare a stimulus worth two percent of GDP or more for the supplementary budget bill for fiscal 2009,” news agency Jiji Press reported.
