"Obviously our military is already very stretched and carries large burdens all around the world," Obama said in response to a question at a joint news conference with his Chilean counterpart, Sebastian Pinera.
Qatari jets make emergency landing in Cyprus
Larnaca: Cyprus said on Tuesday it had refused permission to Qatari air force jets, en route to participate in the attack on Libya, to land at Larnaca airport and only changed tack when they reported they were running out of fuel. "Cyprus Republic authorities did not give permission (to land) subsequently they asked for permission for an emergency landing due to lack of fuel," said a Cyprus government statement.
Oman protesters set up camp in Muscat
