Medvedev, Sarkozy discuss Russia-EU summit
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev had a telephone conversation with French President Nicolas Sarkozy where they discussed the final preparations for the Russia-EU summit to be held in Nice, France, on November 14.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev had a telephone conversation with French President Nicolas Sarkozy where they discussed the final preparations for the Russia-EU summit to be held in Nice, France, on November 14.
The two presidents on Saturday also touched upon the upcoming global financial crisis summit to be held in Washington on November 15.
They noted the "importance of mutual synchronisation of positions in the interest of developing effective measures for regulating the global financial crisis and stabilising the economic situation", the presidential press service said.
