The website claims that 60-year-old Mursi, a top Islamist leader, made 64 promises during his election campaign and the meter will document which ones he delivers on in the first 100-day period. The website lists the five points around which Morsi's 100-day programme focused: bread, traffic, security, fuel, and cleanliness.
