Oz bid to win back Indians

In the wake of a number of attacks on Indian students alleged to be racially motivated, the Australian government under Kevin Rudd said that it is seriously working towards reinstating the confidence of the Indian students, reports Anupama Airy.

In the wake of a number of attacks on Indian students alleged to be racially motivated, the Australian government under Kevin Rudd said that it is seriously working towards reinstating the confidence of the Indian students.

“The culprits are the low quality institutions and shonky agencies who are involved in bringing international students here,” Prime Ministe Kevin Rudd said. He said India is a “very important country” with which he sees “enormous potential for future partnerships.”
