A judicial magistrate Thursday disposed of 12 cases against 142 Indian fishermen and sent a copy of the ruling to the Sindh Home Department for their repatriation, Daily Times reported on Friday.

The fishermen were detained by the Pakistan Maritime Security Agency.

The home department would approach the federal interior ministry who in turn would approach the Indian government for identifying the fishermen, said sources.
